Boca Raton Roadway Paving Project

Because of our stellar reputation for asphalt repair, we were recently contacted by the City of Boca Raton for a consultation about a local roadway paving project. A section of road around the Boca Raton city limits had deteriorated over time, suffering from faded line striping, surface cracking, pavement deterioration, and damaged traffic signal loops. Faded pavement markings are accident hazards, and broken pavement can cause drivers problems and damage vehicles. They then performed asphalt milling to remove damaged pavement, then re-paved the damaged roadway with high-quality asphalt specially formulated for road traffic. We also replaced traffic loops and paved over the area to comply with municipal codes. Finally, we repainted all the line striping so that drivers could easily navigate the intersection.

HOA Paving Project – Boca Raton

We recently completed an asphalt milling and paving project for a large homeowners association. The association is home to over 6,000 residents and is located in Boca Raton, FL.

The HOA noticed that the pavement was reaching the end of its life expectancy, realizing the need for it to be replaced. They knew that asphalt maintenance is necessary not only for aesthetic purposes but also for structural reasons that, if left unchecked, could prove costly. They decided to act quickly to get this problem taken care of and reached out to us.

The project went smoothly and was finished in a timely manner. In total we covered 165,000 square yards and used 10,300 tons of asphalt to complete this project.

The HOA reached back out to us after the project was complete, thanking us at All County Paving for not only the quality work we did but also for taking on the project with limited interference for the residents.

Parking Lot Paving Solution Pleases Customer in Boca Raton

We were scheduled to do a Boca Raton parking lot repair for a business owner. The customer’s parking lot needed several repairs. He knew that having a safe and appealing parking lot is beneficial for his business, so he wanted us to come out as soon as we could. The All County Paving team arrived promptly, on Friday morning. Our crew inspected the parking lot and noticed that there were several cracks, along with potholes that needed attention. They cleaned the parking lot thoroughly, then started filling the cracks and repairing the potholes.

Once this was completed, they let the customer know that his parking lot repairs were done. The customer looked at the repairs and said they looked a lot better and told us that he didn’t want any of his customers to have any problems with the potholes and was glad that would no longer be an issue. He thanked us for coming out quickly and repairing the parking lot fast.
