This holiday season is bittersweet. Although the company had a strong growth year, we unfortunately lost our co-founder, best friend and my father and Jeff’s father-in-law, David R. Goldberg. His passing is extremely difficult for us, as well as the All County family. He was the leader and consummate “patriarch” of the organization and will be greatly missed. We will be commemorating the building in his name; I will send more information on this soon.
Thank You Everyone
Jeff and I give you all heartfelt thanks for all your hard work and effort this year. To our customers, partners and vendors, thank you for your business and for allowing us to be part of your team. We look forward to working with you in the coming years and be sure, we are here to help you in any way.
2017 and Beyond
As we look to 2017 and beyond, we are excited about all we can offer our customers and the growth we can achieve. Our company is well-positioned to accomplish new records of success while remaining true to our goals of giving customers the best service and quality work. I know that the hard work and dedication we put into this business we serve everyone well.
Wishing you a very happy and healthy holiday season and a amazing new year!

ACP Named 2016 Company of the Year
All County Paving was honored to be awarded 2016 Company of the Year, in recognition of its Outstanding Commitment from the Underground Contractors Association of South Florida (UCA). The award was presented on December 7 at their annual event in Boca Raton.
Ken Goldberg, President and CEO stated, “We have experienced unprecedented growth here at All County Paving, and are honored to have been awarded ‘Company of the Year’ from UCA. We started as a small local company and have been experiencing continual growth. We take pride in our team and our work; it’s a true testament to our organization.” This sentiment was echoed by Jeff Cohen, co-president of the company.
According to Johnna Venuti-Piggee, Executive Director UCA, “through active participation on the Board of Directors as well as serving on the fishing committee, they have continually served the UCA by supporting and attending all events. They always offer to volunteer and show up to help in any way they can. This continued dedication and support over many years to our Association on all levels is impossible to match and it deserves special recognition.”
Employee Spotlight: Dan Leavitt
Each issue, All County Paving recognizes the accomplishments of one of its employees. Our growth is the direct results of our team and the great work they are carrying out each day.
Dan is a long time Floridian and a natural born salesperson.
He moved to Oviedo, Florida in 1989. He attended the University of Central Florida, majoring in Marketing and Business Administration.
Always hard-working and diligent, Dan had two jobs while going to school full time. After graduating, he worked as a salesperson for a few different companies, which led him to ACP. After speaking with Ken, he was sold on working at ACP.
He joined the team in August 2014, starting as an estimator and then “shadowed” the sales team. One year later, we was offered a full time sales position. January 2017 marks his anniversary with the company. He has also earned the coveted “BOBA Award” – Be Obsessed or Be average!
“I feel incredibly blessed and truly thankful for such a great opportunity and the most incredible team of people I could ever ask for. Without the help and support of my team, there’s no way I’d be in this amazing position today. I truly believe that all of my successes are merely a reflection of how well our team works together. I’m looking forward to a very successful career at All County Paving.”
Kudos to All County!
