All County Paving performed an asphalt overlay for a condominium property in Sunrise, FL. The overall condition of the parking lot was good, but the asphalt was faded and had markings from previous crack fillings and pothole patches. Our team began by cleaning off the surface to rid it from dirt and debris. We laid a tack coat on top of the existing asphalt to help the overlay bind properly. The new surface brightened up the parking lot and added youth to the building.
